OK, I just want to say, for the record, that I don't care much about the flyovers. I understand that they're bad. Maybe even horrifying. Low altitude training. I know it will be scary and it will traumatize the beasts. And I do care about the four-legged beasts. But isn't this what we do to other people all over the world all the time?? Why should we be so precious? let us get a taste of our own medicine. Are we more valuable as a lot than a kid in an Afghan village? Maybe we are, but probably not. Of course, my husband and other loved ones are more valuable to me than a stranger across the world. But that's not the point. We shouldn't be exempt from our own horror show that we perform daily for others.
